Dale is an agile human resources leader with a diverse background ranging from the life sciences to education. His passion is best demonstrated through his ability to partner with organizations to create impactful strategic change and successful implementation. Dale's expertise includes translating corporate strategy into HR strategy, benefits, optimization, broad-based and executive compensation, acquisition integration, HRIS implementation and more. Dale has held executive roles at Vyaire Medical, Horizon Therapeutics and Chicago Public Schools.
Dale is from Chicago and has a B.A. in Economics and French from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. He holds Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and Certified Management Specialist designations through the IFEBP. He is a member and past President of the Chicago Compensation Association.
Sheila

Sheila is all about the details. In her role as Business Strategist, Sheila works side-by-side with leaders of organizations to ensure that processes are running smoothly and accurately. She focuses on details and actions to inspire productivity. Business process, compliance and cashflow are a few of her focus areas. Sheila has held a number of diverse roles, ranging from Labor Economist to Financial Manager to college instructor.
Sheila is from Ohio and has a B.A. in Economics from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
